While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. There will be no electricity in the building on Sept 15, 2025, starting between 8–9 AM for up to 6–8 hours due to essential electrical panel replacement. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Grilling is prohibited, with a penalty of $200. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Bicycles are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old on the day of check-in.
