Resort-style amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, shared hot tubs, and poolside BBQ grills. On-site laundry is available in the coin-based laundromat. There is an ATM in the lobby area, a gift shop, and a refreshment area. On-site free parking garage is available with a maximum of 2 parking passes. Parking is available for registered guests only, and parking passes must be displayed at all times. From sunrise coffee on the balcony to sunset strolls along the shore, this 1-bedroom oceanfront condo delivers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and unforgettable coastal memories. Nearby attractions include Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium of Myrtle Beach, WonderWorks Myrtle Beach, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and Myrtle Beach Pinball Museum. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited inside rooms, balconies, and indoor common areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, and a cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or removal from the property. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and noise must be kept to a minimum during these hours, including on balconies and hallways. The laundry facility is coin-operated, and guests need a keycard to enter. For the indoor pool, when leaving the pool to go back to the unit, guests will be required to use their keycard to get back inside the resort. Pool and hot tub hours are 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (subject to seasonal changes). Maximum occupancy listed for the room must not be exceeded at any time, including children. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their rooms.
