The property is smoke-free and bringing firearms will incur fines and legal action. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM, with a late check-out resulting in a $500 fee. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels should be kept under 50 dBA to avoid fines and possible eviction. Pet policies vary by location, with a $150.00 fee (plus tax) for the first pet and an additional $250.00 (plus tax) for a second, totaling $400.00 (plus tax) for two pets. Excessive barking may result in fines. Guests are responsible for any property damages and unreturned items. While all units are similar in style and amenities, the layout and decor may vary slightly. Requests or issues raised after standard business hours may experience delays, and we strive to address all inquiries as promptly as possible. Includes high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace, making it suitable for remote work getaways. A laptop computer is not included.
