This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Lyft and Uber are recommended for getting around. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
