This apartment is situated in the heart of Marigny, a neighborhood renowned for its colorful homes, bohemian atmosphere, and proximity to the French Quarter. Just steps away from the property, guests can indulge in local culinary delights, explore artisanal shops, or enjoy live jazz music drifting from nearby bars and lounges. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. One towel per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays.
