No smoking is allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed, except for approved documented service dogs. No parties or events are permitted. No BBQing is permitted, and only light cooking is allowed. Please refrain from frying or cooking anything with overwhelmingly pungent odors as there is no outside exhaust. All guests must be 25 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian. No unauthorized guests are allowed at any time. The number of guests in the room must not exceed the room's sleeping capacity. Please be respectful of other tenants and courteous.
