This home sleeps 8 comfortably and features a full kitchen with an island, perfect for prepping meals or morning coffee. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement. Both bathrooms feature full bathtubs. Enjoy Smart TVs in every bedroom for private relaxation, high-speed Wi-Fi, and central heating and air for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Welcome snacks, a standard coffee pot, and Keurig K-Cups are also included. All utilities, Wi-Fi, pest control, and lawn care are included. Pets are welcome with approval and require a fee. For stays of 1–6 nights, the fee is $25 per pet per night. For 7–28 nights, it is $15 per pet per night, and for 29+ nights, it is $10 per pet per night. For extended stays of 40–60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required, and for over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean. Any mid-stay clean, deep clean, restocking, or extra inventory requests are charged separately, on top of the standard cleaning fee. Enjoy easy access to Dellinger Park, Lake Allatoona, Red Top Mountain, and LakePoint Sports Complex, which is just 15 minutes away. This is a non-smoking property, and evidence of smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. No parties or events are allowed. Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced, and violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all tender paid. A gathering will be considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation, and there is an additional fee of $25 per extra person per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Checkout is 10 am unless approved in advance. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, or is turned away because the property is still occupied, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. This property utilizes a septic tank, so guests are asked to be mindful of only flushing toilet paper. All trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin, which should be rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for early Friday morning pick up; failure to do so incurs a fee. For bookings where a trusted partner acts as the merchant of record, the partner is responsible for processing your payment, and it appears on your card statement. All standard transaction and processing fees incurred by the partner in handling your payment are non-refundable, regardless of refund eligibility. If a refund is issued, a surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs.
