The property includes a king master bedroom, three king guest rooms, a queen guest room with bunk beds, and a queen guest room with a queen sleeper sofa, plus additional daybed and trundle. The downstairs living room also offers an additional queen sleeper sofa, daybed, and trundle, ensuring plenty of sleeping arrangements for all guests. For a fee, guests can access the DeBordieu Club amenities, including golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, although this does not cover individual amenity fees. The property also offers three golf carts for guest use: two 6-seat carts for $600 per week and one 4-seat cart for $500 per week. The maximum number of cars allowed is six, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community.
