Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are all available in this area. No additional guests other than the ones staying are allowed, with exceptions made upon arrangement. Violating this will incur a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. Loss of key will be a $50 replacement fee. No animals are allowed, and bringing one will result in being asked to leave the premises. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted, with a zero-tolerance policy. Violations incur a $500 fine, with an additional $25 for each piece of evidence found.
