The apartment accommodates up to 9 guests, with a maximum of 4 unrelated adults. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited due to fire hazards. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors. Parties or events require prior host approval. Eating or drinking in bedrooms is not allowed to help keep the home fresh and clean. Kindly remove shoes upon entering and tidy up before departure by washing dishes and taking out the trash. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Parking is available only on the gravel directly in front of the home. Do not drive behind the house to avoid getting stuck or causing damage. Guests will be responsible for repair costs.
