The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and all rooms feature nightstands, bedside lamps, and pleasing artwork. With 3 bathrooms in the house, you won’t have to worry about bathroom line-ups. All the bathrooms have an ultra-modern look and feel. You’ll also want to check out the spa-inspired en-suite bath with separate double vanities, a large soaking tub, a sleek glass shower, and lots of luxury. This serene backyard is a perfect place for entertaining family and friends, whether you’re enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool or gathering in the large side yard. There’s plenty of green space for kids to run around as well. No need to leave the comforts of home for a movie night – we’ve brought the cinema to you. With theater-style seating as well as movie posters on the walls, all you have to do is get comfortable and enjoy your favorite films on the big screen. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the garage and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate for 6+ guests applies, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. Smoking of any type is not allowed. Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. Rest assured, no cameras in any inside private areas, we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations and prevent unauthorized parties. This device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
