The dining area, adorned with French-style accents, offers a restaurant-like feel with seating for eight. Free parking is available in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for your use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. Welcome to Corinth, located in Denton County north of Lake Lewisville and approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is conveniently located 15 miles southwest of Corinth, about a 20-minute drive. Corinth offers excellent highway access, making it easy to explore Dallas and nearby attractions such as Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, and Lake Lewisville. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up.
