The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, a Keurig coffee maker with milk frother, and a French press. Enjoy the deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and high-quality beds, mattresses, pillows, and linens for a restful sleep. A portable AC is available to beat the summer heat. Street parking is free and ample, and the neighborhood is safe. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post-reservation confirmation. Upper Queen Anne is a charming Seattle neighborhood known for its scenic views, historic architecture, and lush Kerry Park. Explore quaint shops, local cafes, and fine dining options. The neighborhood is very walkable, with many dining, shopping, and entertainment options within walking distance. It's less than a 5-minute walk to many bus stops, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are highly recommended. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. The home is pet-friendly, but pets should not be allowed on furniture or linens, including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Pets should not be left unattended, and guests are asked to bring poop bags and pick up after their pets. The property strictly prohibits parties and events, enforces quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and does not allow smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.
