The apartment features custom designs with high-end furnishings, original local art, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, custom coffee station with organic coffee and tea, pots, pans, bakeware, toaster, blender, rice cooker, wine and champagne glasses, and a dishwasher with cleaning supplies. A high chair is available on request at no extra charge. Early check-in is guaranteed by 1pm and late check-out is at 12:30pm for a $30 fee. Housekeeping is available during your stay with options for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleanings depending on your needs. Located across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, the apartment is 8 miles from the SLC International Airport and one block from the Delta Center. It is less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City, and less than 5 minutes to Temple Square and City Creek Mall. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The minimum age to book the apartment is 25 years, and children must always be under adult supervision. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the apartment or on complex property, with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Lost key fob incurs a $150 fee, and a lost parking pass is $250. Replacing linens or towels due to damage has a minimum fee of $30, and damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. Entertaining up to 2 guests is allowed, but no parties are permitted, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. All overnight guests must be included in the booking, with a $100 fine per unregistered guest. Resident amenities may be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons, and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability. The apartment management may enter the property for urgent maintenance or safety issues, but will seek permission from the guest before entering otherwise.
