The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two queen over queen bunk beds. The home features two full bathrooms, with the primary bedroom having an ensuite. House-trained pets are welcome with a $120 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 7 or more guests. The location of this beautiful home is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Texas coast. There are multiple fantastic places nearby to bond with friends and family. The popular local restaurant, The Fish Spot, is just 3 minutes away, where you can enjoy a meal and try your hand at fishing. The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance. Any violation of house rules could result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit, depending on the severity of the violation.
