This home features a well-equipped kitchen with a drip coffee pot and Keurig, and smart TVs that can connect to your streaming networks. All four bathrooms have walk-in showers, and there is a bonus bathroom located downstairs by the pool off the laundry room. Beach gear and beach towels are provided. Enjoy endless entertainment with a private heated pool and spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Parking is located behind the house and can be accessed through the back alleyway, accommodating up to 5 vehicles. Situated just one block from the beach, this home offers easy access to the shore. Explore the many local restaurants and shops nearby for a true small-town beach experience. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests must leave at check-out time, and cleaners should not be sent away. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles, and parking in the front of the house is not permitted. No more than 12 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible lock change fee. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa area, and no diving is allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book, or accompanied by someone over 25. Be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. No glass containers are allowed near the pool. Swimming is not permitted during thunderstorms or inclement weather, or alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The property is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Check-in begins after 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST. No early check-in or late check-outs are permitted. Attempted early check-in or late check-out will be billed a full day's rate. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. The property may experience outages beyond our control, and no refunds or compensation will be given for internet, Wi-Fi, or television cable outages. Pool heaters are available from November 15 to April 15 and are set at 80-85 degrees but are not guaranteed to heat to that level on all days. Guests are advised that there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property. Guests are responsible for their own security by properly locking doors and windows. Fireworks and other hazardous materials are prohibited. The property is to be used for legal purposes only. Do not access owner's closets. The property has a gas stove, cooktop, grill, and pool heater, and guests should seek assistance if unsure of operation. Gas grills must be cleaned after each use. The property has a fire extinguisher and fire alarms. Guests are responsible for reporting any issues with these devices. Guests should not leave children unattended, especially if the property has a pool. Adults are defined as persons older than 18. All homes are limited to a maximum of one vehicle inclusive of any visiting guests during your stay. Outdoor activities are sensitive between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and pool use should be discontinued during those hours. Any infraction of these policies is a serious violation and subject to immediate cancellation of your privilege to remain in this home. By making a reservation, the guest accepts these terms.
