Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need for a tasty seafood feast. The condo also boasts fantastic amenities for an active or peaceful stay, including two tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two hot tubs, and a fitness center with ocean views. Beachside chair and umbrella service are available for an additional fee. You also have access to amenities in Phoenix 1, 2, 3, and 4, including four swimming pools with loungers, children's splash pools, tennis, shuffle ball, and basketball courts, grassy areas for games, and poolside grilling areas with a beach view. Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle with a maximum of two passes per reservation, which can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk after completing the online registration. Located near local attractions such as Adventure Island, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, The Wharf Amphitheater, and The Tanger Outlets in Foley, this condo is ideally situated for exploring the area. The nearest airport is Pensacola Regional Airport, ensuring convenient travel options. The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV with a four-person maximum, and guests can get a code at Phoenix III. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Quiet hours are enforced with Noise ware technology, and violators of the no parties or events policy will incur a $500 fine. Surveillance and security cameras are on-site. A photo ID is required after booking to confirm the stay.
