This abode features a relaxing bed, a full bathroom, a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and microwave, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a TV with Roku. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a quick breakfast. Enjoy a shared heated pool with lounge chairs in the backyard. Bring some snacks or grill your own food while you soak in the Florida sun on the pool deck. If you're bringing a dog, please be sure to let the host know the breed and size of your furry friend. There is a pet fee. The City of Fort Lauderdale is known for its beaches and boating canals. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Enjoy shopping on Las Olas Boulevard or revel in fine dining at a top-rated restaurant. There are a number of transportation options available in this area, including the Sun Trolley Hop-on Bus, the Broward BCycle Bike Share System, water taxis, Uber, Lyft, and cab services. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed one per reservation. Up to one car may park in the driveway side by side. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle. Any violation of this rule may result in additional fees up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
