There is one dedicated off-street parking spot, and shared laundry facilities and backyard area. Thoughtfully designed, this apartment offers a corner view from the living room with amazing beach and sunset views. It features fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with a dual oven, wood floors, and new furniture. The apartment provides a private space to relax or enjoy the vibrant beach activities right outside your door. The apartment includes one dedicated off-street parking spot. Alki Beach is unique in Seattle, being one of the few sandy beaches in the area and perhaps the most popular in the summer. With plenty of shared bikes and scooters for rent, a jogging and biking path, fire pits, picnic tables, and a bathhouse/art studio, this beach is popular year-round. Alki Beach Park is also part of the renowned "Whale Trail," offering a chance to view whales and other marine mammals from shore along the Pacific Coast. West Seattle itself is a gem, offering a small-town vibe while being easily accessible to downtown Seattle by Water Taxi, bus, car, or rideshare. There may be guests staying in the unit below, so please keep your shoes off and avoid loud TV and other sounds in consideration. It can sometimes get very noisy here depending on the season and time of year due to the popularity of the area and the prime location right on the Alki strip next to the beach. If you need absolute peace and quiet or are sensitive to noise, this might not be the stay for you. During popular summer weekends, Alki Beach can get very crowded and street parking can become challenging. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No shoes in the home. No pets are allowed, with a $250 fine for violations. No smoking on the premises, with a $300 fine for violations. No parties are allowed.
