This private 1-bedroom corner unit sleeps four and is in a triplex directly located across the street from Alki Beach Park. The home has spectacular views of the beach, Puget Sound, and awesome sunsets. Rental bikes and scooters are just steps from your door. You have your own private space with a full kitchen and private bedroom to relax or engage in the many beach activities. The corner view from the living room offers amazing beach and sunset views. The apartment features fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen with a dual oven, wood floors, new furniture, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one dedicated off-street parking spot, and shared washer/dryer and backyard area. There is one dedicated off-street parking spot available. There is plenty to explore within walking distance. Alki Beach Park is an active place with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bike, kayak, and paddleboard rentals but can be serene and peaceful if you'd like it to be. Open fires are allowed on the beach where people have bonfires and barbecues. You've also got all the ride-share scooters and bikes just across the street to explore the beauties of Alki Beach from the 2.5-mile paved jogging and bike path. There are plentiful options to get to downtown Seattle, including buses and a free shuttle to the West Seattle Water Taxi, which can whisk you straight across Elliott Bay to the Seattle waterfront, a no-car, traffic stress-free way to visit the city. That same free shuttle can also take you to the two main centers of West Seattle, the Alaska Junction and the Admiral Junction with grocery stores, many more restaurants, and shopping. There may be guests staying in the unit below you, so keep your shoes off and avoid loud TV and other sounds in consideration. It can sometimes get very noisy here depending on the season and time of year due to the popularity of the area and the prime location right on the Alki strip next to the beach. The area can sometimes get quite lively and busy during the weekend and especially in the summer. If you need absolute peace and quiet or are sensitive to noise, this might not be the stay for you. During popular summer weekends, Alki Beach can get very crowded and street parking can become challenging. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No shoes in the home.
