No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am, with a $200 fine for violators. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
