You will also find a fitness center, kids playground, and BBQ area among others. The building features 5 new lighted pickleball courts and 4 high-speed elevators for your convenience. Parking passes are $55 per car with a 2-car maximum limit. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration. When you are ready to explore Orange Beach, you will find yourself minutes away from top restaurants, great beach shopping, deep-sea fishing, watersports, and kid-friendly attractions like arcades, miniature golf, and amusement parks. It is just a short drive to Pensacola for museums like the Pensacola Naval Museum and other sightseeing adventures. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. A laptop computer is not included.
