A Pack N Play and high chair are available for families. Paid parking is available in a lot next door, with rates ranging from $15 to $45 per 24 hours. Explore the historic sites of Olde City, known as America’s most historic square mile, including Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and Elfreth's Alley. The apartment is within walking distance of popular restaurants like Amada, Cuba Libre, and Zahav, as well as cafes and shops. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $50 per pet for stays of 1-6 nights, $100 per pet for stays of 7-21 nights, and $175 per pet for stays of 21+ nights, up to a maximum of $175 per pet per month. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, and pets must be well-behaved. Driver's licenses or passports are required for all adults staying in the apartment. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm.
