Parking space is available for a maximum of 2 cars and the parking fee is included in the total amount. Passes must be filled out with dates of stay and unit number. Any vehicles without passes that are completely filled out may get booted or towed at the owner's expense. Explore local attractions such as Dinosaurs In The Woods, the Orange Beach History Museum, Gulf State Park Nature Center, Bamahenge, Orange Beach Waterfront Park, The Wharf, Adventure Island, Orange Beach Welcome Center, and Romar Beach. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. A security camera is installed outside for your safety and protection, but surveillance cameras are not inside the property. Beach towels are not provided.
