The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a Nespresso coffee maker. Relaxation is ensured with luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for streaming Netflix and Hulu. The property also offers an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking is available along the driveway, although access to the garage is unavailable. Situated near Montauk Downs Golf Course and just moments from the beach, town, and harbor, Glendale offers an unparalleled blend of tranquility and accessibility. Montauk is a major tourist destination with six state parks and is particularly famous for its fishing, boasting more world saltwater fishing records than any other port in the world. Located 20 miles off the Connecticut coast, it is home to the largest commercial and recreational fishing fleet in New York state. The property requires owner approval for all reservations and is subject to a background check with a 72-hour minimum notice period after booking to confirm the reservation. The heated pool is currently closed and will open on May 19, 2025. The primary guest must be at least 30 years old, and the property can accommodate up to 10 guests, with flexibility for up to 12 guests for families. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the home and outside areas. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property.
