The fully renovated kitchen boasts island seating, modern appliances, and cookware essentials, complemented by an elegant dining room with seating for 8. The wet bar room includes a gourmet coffee bar, cocktail-making essentials, a sink, and a wine fridge. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features full-over-full bunk beds with a slide and a Smart TV. A full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer is also available. The whimsical attic suite is a woodland hideaway with two king beds, a sitting area with a TV, board games, and twinkle lights. Enjoy the hot tub under the awning for year-round relaxation and a firepit area with a propane fire feature. There is also a unique retro-style outdoor bar built to look like the front of a van, and an outdoor seating area for drinks and conversation. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. This Akron retreat is conveniently located minutes from downtown, offering easy access to restaurants and local attractions, making it the ultimate spot to unwind and make memories.
