The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable queen memory foam bed for an additional two guests. Step through into the gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz benchtops, and everything you need to cook up all your favorite meals. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee station to get your day started right. Eat, work, or keep the chef company up at the breakfast bar with two stools or open up the French doors and step out into the warm, decked sunroom overlooking the neighborhood with a dining table set for four and a chic outdoor style lounge, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Unpack and make yourself at home with two gorgeous bedrooms that each offer luxe beds fitted with memory foam mattresses and soft, quality linen. The master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a modern en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom offers a spacious king bed, an additional TV, and access to the central, sparkling bathroom in the hall with a relaxing bath and overhead shower. Stay just one block from the popular San Marco Ave with its boutique shopping and delicious eats and less than a short 20-minute walk to the historic Downtown area. Head out for the day and walk along the popular San Marco Ave just 4 minutes from the flat where you can shop for antiques, dine out at the Rainforest Cafe, buy some fine wine, and maybe even go on a ghost tour after dark. The historic Downtown area is just a short 4-minute drive or a lovely 20-minute walk through the charming neighborhoods. Take a ride on the Old Town Trolley (only a few minutes' walk to the nearest stop) to see everything the city has to offer before stopping in for drinks at The Tini Martini Bar overlooking the water – the perfect way to end each day in the Oldest City. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Sun, fun, history, and mystery — from the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between, there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the flat. The flat is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3-minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk). Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves, and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. The city is very walkable and we also have Uber or Lyft. There is a trolley stop at the end of the street at the Mission de Nombres. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25 and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
