It's a few minutes' walk from the Q line subway station on 2nd Avenue and from the 4, 5, and 6 subway station, as well as the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, and the Metropolitan Museum. This apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a full kitchen fully equipped with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Clean linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other bedroom has a full-size bed, closet, heat/air conditioning, computer desk, and windows. The living room includes a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV hung on the wall. Utilities, including electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV, are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $380 per month). Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $350 to $500. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is within walking distance of the subway line on 2nd Avenue and the 4, 5, and 6 subway station, as well as the M79 cross-town bus. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, coffee shops, and various stores are also nearby. A laundry store is right next to the building, as well as a grocery store/deli. Starbucks Coffee is just around the corner, along with many restaurants and supermarkets. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. Includes a computer desk. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
