A full bathroom with modern fixtures and large sliding glass doors opening to a wrap-around deck complete the main floor. The upstairs loft offers a loft-style sleeping area with a triple bunk bed and a twin bed with a pull-out trundle, a lounge area with books, board games, and a Smart TV, a half bath, and a private second-story patio with elevated views. Long-term guests enjoy discounted rates. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with a fee of $150 per month, excluding service animals. Astoa Etxea is ideally located near Southern Utah’s most iconic natural attractions. Just 10 minutes from Zion’s Kolob Canyons entrance, 45 minutes from the main Zion entrance, 30 minutes to Cedar City and St. George, and 2 hours to Las Vegas. Enjoy a peaceful, rural setting with modern convenience. Maximum occupancy is up to 9 guests with no unregistered guests or groups of more than 4 unrelated adults. The triple bunk bed is designed for children or guests under 200 lbs. Parking is available only on the gravel directly in front of the home. No smoking or vaping is allowed due to fire hazards. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed without prior host approval. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on availability. Pets must be kept on the main floor only, crated if left alone, and a blanket should be brought for furniture if pets will be joining there. Control barking, especially during quiet hours, and clean up pet waste and dispose of it outside. Guests will be responsible for repair costs if parking rules are not followed. For extended stays, the home includes a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work and video calls, iron, ironing board, basic cleaning supplies, extra linens, blankets, and towels, kitchen staples like cookware, bakeware, blender, toaster, utensils, and more, and storage space for groceries, gear, and luggage.
