No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may lead to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Late check-out will incur a penalty starting from $500.
