A new pier is currently under construction near the property, expected to continue through 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. The city is also working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Grilling is prohibited with a penalty of $200 for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No pets allowed with a $200 fine for violations. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed and may result in eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Late check-out will incur a penalty starting from $500. Upgraded internet with speeds of 200mbs/20mbs makes it perfect for remote work from the beach.
