Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the balcony, where you can soak in the breathtaking beach and water views. During your stay, take advantage of the fantastic amenities that Summer House has to offer, such as the tennis courts, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The children's playground provides entertainment for the little ones. Beach access is just steps away, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. This apartment features air conditioning, heating, a full kitchen, and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Parking passes can be purchased on-site at the guard shack for $50 each, with a limit of two passes per condo. If you arrive after 10 p.m., you may purchase your pass(es) the following morning. Centrally located in Orange Beach, you'll have easy access to a variety of local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether you want to explore the natural beauty of Gulf State Park, indulge in fresh seafood at a waterfront restaurant, or go on a shopping spree at The Wharf, there's something for everyone to enjoy. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Beach towels are not provided.
