Un-Leashed Pet Fee: $50.00 per occurrence. Pet Waste Pick-up: $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Explore the Florida Aquarium, dine at famous restaurants, and enjoy riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The apartment is located near shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 2.2 miles away, MOSI is 4.2 miles away, Busch Gardens Tampa Drive is 4.5 miles away, Takomah Trail Park Drive is 5.1 miles away, and Lettuce Lake Park Drive is 5.9 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If trash is not bagged properly and disposed of in containers provided, fines up to $200 can result.
