A new pier is currently under construction near the property and is expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
