Barbecue grills are available with grilling tools provided for cleaning after use. The fire pit requires you to bring your own supplies and extinguish any flames or coals after each use. The fire pit must remain in its designated area and should not be moved. Please adhere to any county burn ban in effect. The pickleball court includes 4 paddles and balls in the unit, which should be returned after use. Up to 6 guests are allowed, with 2 king beds and 1 queen pullout available for use. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Please be respectful to your neighbors and other guests in the complex. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Trash is collected Sunday to Thursday at 8 PM. Please ensure all trash is placed in the black bin and set outside your door before collection time. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. Rest assured, proactive measures are taken to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink. The Mirador offers a co-working lounge for those who need a dedicated space to work remotely.
