The city is working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy is required upon booking.
