Community amenities are just steps away and include a pool, a gym, a clubhouse and lounge, a basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill. This apartment is pet-friendly and offers free parking. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Set in the Tampa Palms area near Lutz, this home sits on quiet, peaceful streets while being close to shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences. A short drive brings you to attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and nearby parks, giving you easy access to a variety of activities. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
