Nestled in a quiet Sarasota neighborhood close to shops, dining, and coastal attractions, this home offers cozy suburban living in a residential neighborhood, providing a peaceful escape from the tourist bustle while still being just minutes away from everything you’ll want to explore. Nearby spots include Athens Family Restaurant, Walt’s Fish Market, and Pho 101. Having a car is helpful in this area, but you can still get around easily without one. Rideshares and local transit options like Breeze OnDemand make it simple to reach downtown and the beach keys. For a fun beach day, the free Bay Runner Trolley can take you to spots like Lido Key without the parking hassle. Electric scooters and e-bikes are also popular for short trips around town. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the fenced-in backyard, and you must pick up after your pet, or incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Cameras are on the exterior of the home for security, monitoring the front driveway and RV deck. While pest control is regularly administered, this is Florida and the occasional pest is common.
