Guests will step back into a gentile time of elegance and opulence. The Carriage House showcases the historic home's antique architecture with antique beams and gleaming pumpkin pine floors. This completely private 1-bedroom apartment features an open living space with a kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. The petite kitchen provides all the essential accoutrements: large fridge, dishwasher, stove, french-door air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Let the easy-to-use gas fireplace set a romantic mood. There is a full-sized front-load washer and dryer. The bedroom suite comprises a spacious room, private entryway, and private bath. The main room of the bedroom suite provides a queen-size bed, a seating area with chaise, chairs, accompanying tables, and 2 over-sized bureaus. The bright private bathroom has a large tub with shower. Enjoy the private outdoor space with an outdoor dining set, a tree swing for 2, and a gas grill. This property is cooled with window air conditioning units, which are installed in May and removed in September. Each window AC unit has both a cooling function and a fan function. Each room with a window AC unit also has a fan. There is a hidden smart TV to watch or hide to set the mood that you want. Stepping out from the Carriage House at Linden Tree Farm, visitors stroll along High Street, Newburyport's mansion row.
