Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay). This listing offers street permit parking for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite for their delicious margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream is also down the block. The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a 5-minute walk away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area are less than 1 mile away. The Kroger Food Market is less than 1 mile away, Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/uber away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance (external camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.
