The main living areas include a living room with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy seating, and access to the wraparound deck with a fire pit and BBQ; a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a large dining space that opens to the deck; a primary suite with a king-size bed and spa-style en-suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and deck access; bedrooms 2–4 (Lower Level), each with queen beds and access to a shared full bath with tub/shower; a bonus room (Top Floor) set up as an office with a queen sleeper sofa and private ¾ bath; a second living room (Lower Level) with electric fireplace, couch, and desk; a laundry room with two full washer/dryer sets; and a half bath conveniently located off the main living space. Two-car garage parking is available, plus space for two more vehicles in the driveway. Located in a quiet, forested neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and trailheads, this home offers private access to the entire home. Woodward Park City is 3.9 miles away, Canyons is 11 miles away, Deer Valley Resort is 15 miles away, Historic Main Street is 14 miles away, and Kimball Junction is 7.2 miles away. Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property IS pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA. If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. Service Animals are permitted at ALL PROPERTIES at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property, and a $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. The bonus room is set up as an office, making it ideal for remote work. [SI]
