The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, less than 1 mile to downtown Columbus, Kroger Food Market, and Ohio State University campus, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, and a 10-minute drive to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport. It also offers easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Noise-detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. There is a $500 charge for breaking any of the house rules, per occasion and per broken rule separately. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
