Centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach on North Ocean Blvd, this condo is a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and near 100 premier designer golf courses, Alabama Theatre, Sky Wheel, The Carolina Opry, The Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Dragon's Lair at Broadway at the Beach, and Jurassic Golf, Jungle Safari. It is also a mile to downtown, a mile to Broadway at the beach, and a 1/2 mile to the convention center and sports complex at the convention center. A new pier is currently under construction near the property and is expected to continue through some time in 2026. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur. Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 10 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. [SI]
