A new pier is under construction near the property, expected to continue through 2026, which may cause occasional noise or limited access to certain areas. Coastline Pest Control performs mandatory preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The city is working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. Grilling is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy is required upon booking. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations.
