Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. A $50 un-leashed pet fee applies per occurrence, and a $50 pet waste pick-up fee applies per occurrence. The University of South Florida is 5 minutes away, MOSI is 8 minutes away, Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes away, Takomah Trail Park is 10 minutes away, and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 8. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
