The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to whip up simple meals, from a breakfast nook to a dining area. The large living area includes a patio with seating for two. A free washer and dryer are available for convenient laundry. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center. Located five minutes from USF and eight minutes from MOSI, this apartment puts cultural and educational sites within easy reach. Busch Gardens Tampa is an eleven-minute drive, while Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park are both under fifteen minutes away. Tampa Palms is a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, where suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence.
