Lauderdale to the north. Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida with pool, gym, and resort-style amenities, including home comforts ideal for families or friends traveling together. The unit features a balcony facing south, offering direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experiences. Wireless internet is included. The apartment includes a master room with a king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant, and beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach, just 3 minutes away. The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, dishes, coffee maker, hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, in-suite washer/dryer, and TVs in each room. A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included in the nightly rate. The resort fee is $30 per day plus taxes for stays of 1 to 7 nights, $25 per day plus taxes for stays of 8 to 14 nights, $20 per day plus taxes for stays of 15 to 29 nights, and $300 per month plus $10 for each additional day plus taxes for stays of 30 nights or more. Valet parking is optional and costs $28 per day per vehicle plus taxes for 1 to 7 days, $25 per day per vehicle plus taxes for 8 to 10 days, $250 per stay per vehicle plus taxes for 11 to 19 days, and $295 per stay per vehicle plus taxes for 20 to 30 days. Package handling is available at $5 per package plus applicable taxes, with packages collected from the package room between 9 AM and 5 PM. Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The resort is surrounded by numerous restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino, just five minutes away. To the west, visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. The location is perfect if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or head to South Beach for an adventurous nightlife experience. To the north, enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. For groceries, a 24-hour Walmart is right next door, a Publix Supermarket is a two-minute drive away, and you can use Instacart for grocery delivery to your apartment. Due to ongoing improvements in the building, the gym will remain closed until further notice. Smoking inside or outdoors on the premises is prohibited. Any sign of smoking, such as smell, residue, or debris, will lead to eviction with no refund and up to $500 in cleaning charges. Beachwalk Resort imposes additional mandatory fees that are not included in the nightly rate and are collected separately at check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges incurred during your stay.
