Valet parking is available for a fee: 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus taxes; 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus taxes; 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes; 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes. A Pack 'N Play Crib is available upon request. Package handling is available for $5 per package plus applicable taxes; packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM. This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south and Ft. Lauderdale to the north. Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The resort is surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. It is the perfect location to be if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. For groceries, you will find a 24-hour Walmart right next door and a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive. Swimming is at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. A $500 fine will be applied for any violation of the no-smoking policy. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage.
