To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino, making it the perfect location if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or head to South Beach for nightlife. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. For groceries, you will find a 24-hour Walmart right next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes' drive away, and you are welcome to use Instacart for grocery delivery. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Due to ongoing improvements in the building, the gym will remain closed until further notice. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM; please maintain low noise levels.
