The tranquil bedrooms promise sweet slumber with comfortable mattresses, and the backyard is a haven for relaxation with its pool, jacuzzi, and patio amenities. Free parking is available in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Corinth! Located in Denton County north of Lake Lewisville, Corinth offers excellent highway access and is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is conveniently located 15 miles southwest, about a 20-minute drive. Explore nearby attractions such as the Old Alton Bridge, Denton Community Market, and Lake Lewisville. For those interested in Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the ICR Discovery Center, Mandalay Canal Walk, and Six Flags Over Texas. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and preventing unauthorized parties. The fireplace is gas-operated and should only be used by those familiar with its operation. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, with login info available upon request. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A remote work-friendly environment is provided, although a laptop computer is not included.
