Welcome to Mt. Sunshine! Feel at home in this stunning 3,300 sq ft cabin in Cosby, TN, accommodating up to 22 guests. This 3-floor home offers jaw-dropping mountain views. This retreat boasts a secret speakeasy for cocktails and games, a movie theater with 12 reclining chairs, and a heated infinity pool and hot tub. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, stainless steel oven and stove, toaster, built-in dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy the bright, airy mountain-view living room with soaring windows, a sleek black fireplace, and plush neutral seating. Outdoor features include a play fort, hammock, deck with outdoor seating and dining area, gas firepit, and grilling station with TV. Plush linens and towels are provided, along with smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi. Pool heating is available for an additional $345 per day, running in colder months only if the outside temperature is above 40°F. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a $250 pet fee, with the requirement that they are kept off the furniture and crated if left alone. A wedding event can be hosted for a $2,000 fee, requiring a wedding coordinator. Located just a 7-minute drive from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 5 minutes off the interstate, this cabin is easily accessible. Nearby attractions include the Gatlinburg Strip (20 miles), Dollywood (27 miles), and McGhee Tyson Airport (56 miles). During the winter months, all-wheel drive vehicles are suggested. All guests must be 21, with the exception of children with their parents. We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. [SI]
