Self-check-in via keypad, a washer and dryer, and ceiling fans add to the convenience. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Nestled by the Roaring Fork River, this chalet offers a serene retreat. Enjoy the natural beauty with a private path to the river and proximity to mountain trails. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring the mountain's spring awakening. Please note that bugs and mosquitos are a natural occurrence in Colorado, and while the property is professionally sprayed, packing bug spray is recommended. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are accommodated at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed two. Three cameras are installed outside the house for safety and privacy. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Be considerate of noise outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home features a home theatre with a popcorn machine for movie evenings. [SI]
