This riverside chalet offers a path to the Roaring Fork River. This villa is designed for groups who want room to come together and space to unwind. Massive windows and high ceilings draw in the surrounding mountain views, while the wrap-around balcony traces the edge of the home, offering a quiet place to take in the winter landscape. Gathering spaces are generous and flexible, making it easy for everyone to share meals, watch a movie, or enjoy a relaxed evening indoors. The home theatre adds a cozy layer to winter nights, complete with a popcorn machine for shared screenings after a day in the mountains. The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, supported by a dining table for shared breakfasts and evening dinners. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace support comfort in changing mountain weather. Washer and dryer access makes longer stays easy, and self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth arrival. Housekeeping is available at extra cost with advance notice. Set along the Roaring Fork River in Snowmass Village, a private path leads down to the river, creating a peaceful connection to the outdoors even in colder months. While winter sets the tone, the balcony remains a scenic backdrop to the river and surrounding mountains. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There are three cameras installed outside of the house, around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance. Please do not tamper with the devices, fines may apply. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
